Let's grow together!
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture Operations team.
You will become part of an engaged and collaborative team with high energy, a strong team spirit and a genuine desire to make a difference. We work hard, support each other and believe that having fun along the way helps us deliver the best possible support to our managers and employees.
You will report to the People & Culture Operations Manager and be based in Stockholm.
As an HR Business Partner, you will work close to the business, supporting, challenging and coaching managers across a broad range of people-related matters.
You will be a trusted partner to our leaders, helping them navigate everything from day-to-day HR matters to change, leadership and organizational development. By combining your HR expertise with a strong understanding of the business, you help turn our People & Culture strategy into action.
A key part of your role is to enable our managers to lead their teams in a way that strengthens our culture, supports our strategic direction and creates the conditions for both people and business to grow.
You will also use HR data and insights to identify opportunities, support better decisions and help us stay one step ahead.

Contribute to the continuous development of our People & Culture practices and ways of working.
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, we believe you combine solid HR experience with strong business understanding. You enjoy working close to managers and the business and are comfortable moving between operational HR matters and more strategic discussions.
You build trust easily and have the confidence to both support and challenge when needed. You are curious, solution-oriented and motivated by turning insights into actions that create real impact.
We also believe you are:
Relationship-oriented – you build trust and create strong partnerships with managers and other stakeholders.
A natural coach – you guide, challenge and develop managers through constructive dialogue and advice.

Business-minded – you understand the needs of the business and how People & Culture can contribute to achieving our goals.
A strong communicator – you make complex HR matters easy to understand and communicate clearly with different audiences.
Structured and self-driven – you take ownership, prioritize effectively and move things forward.
Proactive and solution-oriented – you look ahead, identify opportunities and act before challenges become problems.
You have experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar broad HR role, as well as knowledge of change management, organizational development, labour law and collective agreements.
Relevant higher education within HR, behavioural science or a related field is desirable. You communicate confidently in both spoken and written English.
