We're building a modern e-commerce platform from the ground up and are looking for a QA Engineer who is passionate about quality, automation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll play a key role in establishing quality standards, designing test strategies, and ensuring our platform is reliable, scalable, and ready for millions of customers.

Location: Hybrid (Łódź)
Contract: B2B / Employment Contract

🔧 What you'll do:

• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.

• Develop and maintain end-to-end automated tests using Playwright.

• Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owners, UX designers, and DevOps engineers to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and test coverage.

• Perform API testing for REST services and validate system integrations.

• Test distributed systems and services communicating asynchronously through queues and message brokers.

• Identify, document, and track defects while driving them to resolution.

• Contribute to improving QA processes, test automation, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Support the team in building a quality-first engineering culture.

👀 We're looking for someone who:

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a QA Engineer.

• Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn.

• Ability to translate requirements into effective test coverage and identify risks.

• Good understanding of software development practices and collaboration with engineering teams.

• Hands-on experience in manual and automated testing, with the ability to identify risks, analyze issues, and drive quality improvements.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Xray.

• Familiarity with BDD and Gherkin.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Good understanding of REST APIs, OpenAPI, and Swagger.

• Responsible use of AI-assisted tools, with strong critical thinking and validation of AI-generated outputs.

• Nice to have:

  • Experience with NextJs

  • Experience with Playwright.

  • Good knowledge of Git and version control.
