We are looking for a performance‑minded digital media specialist with a strong interest in social media and data‑driven marketing. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, creativity, and commercial impact, with a clear focus on using social media to drive measurable results.
Key responsibilities include:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across relevant platforms
Monitor performance and analyze results across key metrics such as engagement, traffic, conversions, and ROI
Support creative testing across formats, messaging, audiences, and placements and lift studies
Translate data and insights into concrete optimizations and recommendations
Collaborate closely with relevant colleagues
This role offers strong opportunities to learn through hands‑on experimentation. You will work in an environment that values testing, iteration, and continuous improvement. You’ll be encouraged to challenge assumptions, explore new platform features, and use data to understand what truly drives performance.
Who are you?
Curious and motivated to learn how platforms, audiences, and algorithms work
Analytical, comfortable working with data, and interested in performance metrics
Structured and detail‑oriented, with a focus on execution quality
Collaborative and comfortable working across teams
Driven by results and continuous improvement rather than fixed ways of working
You’ll work with an exciting and well‑established retailer offering a strong brand and a fantastic product range. Social and digital media play a key role in driving business growth, meaning you’ll see the real commercial impact of your work and develop your skills in a performance‑driven environment.
Relevant education from a university, college or vocational university is desirable. You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in English.
Experience of working hands-on in some channels such as Meta, Tiktok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Google Analytics, Youtube, Programmatic
Extra merit if understanding full funnel marketing, feeds, how channels work together, attribution
