About the role

As a technical platform owner, you will be responsible for maintaining and setting the technical vision of our Azure based platform and ensure that the roadmap aligns with Clas Ohlson’s organizational and technical vision. You will be collaborating closely with our development teams, product owners/solution architects and other stakeholders to deliver the best possible solution to our innovative and industry-leading platform.

You are expected to:

• Stay on top of trends and drive the platform roadmap in close cooperation with the different stakeholders.
• Work closely with Product Management and other stakeholders to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or return on investment.
• Provide vision and direction to the Agile development teams developing against the platform.
• Plan and prioritize the product feature backlog.
• Provide an active role in removing obstacles that are in the way of successful team completion of release and iteration goals.

About You

You are used to working agile when it comes to both processes and principles, have an analytical mind, have an eye for detail and solve problems in a creative way. We see that you have previous experience working as a Product Owner or as an IT architect, technical lead or similar in a relevant area.

It’s a merit if you have:

• Experience working with any cloud-based solutions (preferred Azure)
• Knowledge of Microservices and headless architecture.
• Experience managing expectations and understanding the financial consequences and limitations of different solution options.

A university or college degree in a relevant field is desirable and you have a very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in English.
